It is hoped that the parties and experts who will be presenting worksheets, to commit in sending them before the end of business on 13 Dhul Qa'dah 1430, corresponding to November 1, 2009 and after having been approved by the Preparatory Committee of the Conference with the assistance of the Scientific Committee, the participants will be informed of the final acceptance of the worksheets on 22 Dhul Qa'dah 1430 corresponding to November 10, 2009.
